Visiting Student Option

STUDENTS in Oxford who are not matriculated (i.e. not taking an Oxford degree) are either Associate Students or Visiting Students. Most of our participants are Associate Students as the extra benefits of Visiting Student status are not perceived as cost-effective.

However students accepted on the program may apply for Visiting Student status to secure additional University privileges. The main advantage of this is greater access to the Bodleian Library and other libraries, and to an expanded range of lectures. Visiting Student status requires payment of an additional University fee of approximately £1370 ($2466) per term, somewhat lower than the $4,000 extra charged by some programs.
